Returns and exchanges

All refunds must be requested within 60 days of purchase.

Returnable items must be in its original resalable condition to be eligible for refund.

Up to $25.00 will be refunded to the method of payment used at the time of purchase (Cash or credit card used at the time of purchase). Greater than $25.00 will be given in the form of store credit or product exchange.

Returns without a receipt (or location of transaction in our system) will be refunded as store credit.

Refunds outside of 60 calendar days from the date of purchase will be issued as store credit or product exchange.

Yarn that has been wound or worked is not eligible for refund.

Books, Patterns, Discounted Items, Special Event Items and Gift Cards are nonrefundable

Rewards Program

Twisted Ewe offers an awesome rewards program that includes many benefits!

Every $250 spent in-store, you get $25 in store credit! Your rewards never expire! 

At this time, our point system is only availble for in-store purchase.

Twisted Ewe will keep track of your accrued points for you! If you need to know your current balance, just ask us.

Ewe Bucks are our form of in-store credit. You can win Ewe Bucks by entering into our contests, winning giveaways, and attending events!

Use Ewe Bucks just like cash when making purchases at the Twisted Ewe. 

There are a few restrictions when using them. Ewe Bucks carry no cash value, so no change will be provided if total purchase is less than Ewe Buck total.

Refer a friend to any of our classes. If they take the class, we'll give you 10 Ewe Bucks!

Ewe Bucks and all other rewards may not be used on the following items: Trunk Show products, Consignment items, Classes, Paid Events, and Gift cards

Purchase rewards have no cash value and may not be combined with any other sale or promotion. One $25 store credit reward or discount may be used on one purchase at a time.

Purchase totals greater than $25 will maximize your reward! For purchases less than $25, the remaining balance of the reward is voided. 

Special Orders

We'll do our very best to accommodate your special order request! 

First, talk to us! Come into the shop or give us a call and let us know your needs.

If the Twisted Ewe already works with the vendor who carries the item you are requesting, we'll research if we can add your items to our next order. 

Provide us with your contact information, and we will reach out to see if the item can be ordered.

*If the Twisted Ewe does not already work with the vendor who supplies what you are asking for, the Twisted Ewe will not be able to place the order. Making small purchases from new vendors can be nearly impossible!

We will do our best to give you ideas of where to purchase that item if we are unable to get it for you. 

Certain items may take longer to arrive than others. With vendors we work with frequently, some orders may arrive within 2 weeks. The Twisted Ewe will work hard to get your item into the store as quickly as possible. 

We may require a deposit in order to secure your order. An additional shipping charge will be added to your final purchase amount if the item is to be shipped to anywhere other than the store. Shipping services and charges are at the discretion of the Twisted Ewe.

Should your item become unavailable or be placed on back order, Twisted Ewe will contact you to let you know. If you choose to cancel your order, please let us know. If a deposit was paid, it will be refunded to the original method of payment or issued as store credit.

Once Twisted Ewe receives the product at the store, the regular refund period begins as previously outlined. 

Yarn that has been wound or worked is not eligible for refund.

Help, I'm stuck!

We all get a little (or a lot) stuck on a project. Twisted Ewe employs knowledgeable knitters and crocheters who can answer questions or help you through a tight spot. 

If it’s a quick fix that typically can be addressed within 5 to 10 minutes, stop by anytime during store hours. We’ll do our best to get you unstuck and on your way! 

If you want our undivided attention or you require a little more hands-on assistance, the Twisted Ewe offers 1-on-1 private lessons for $30 per hour. 

The Twisted Ewe cannot guarantee uninterrupted help time. Please schedule a private lesson if you require more attention. 

Class Questions

Twisted Ewe is proud to offer a full range of classes for those who have a passion for knitting and crocheting. We strive to offer a diverse lineup for every skill level intended to enrich and expand your knowledge of the fiber arts.

If you don’t see a class that fits your needs, we are happy to schedule individual sessions to help with your special project or to learn a new technique! Call or email us with your ideas.

We prefer teaching small class to maximize everyone’s learning experience. Our instructors create a welcoming environment, with patience and kindness to guide you in your stitching.

Our current class offerings are geared towards adult learners, 12 years and older. However, we are happy to offer individual and guardian/child lessons for younger folks, ages 8-12. Contact the store for more details!

Classes are either taught in our back room or in the front around the round table, after hours. 

The class description will tell you exactly what materials you'll need. In some classes all materials are included; in others, kits are availble for purchase.

We kindly ask that you purchase your project yarn and supplies at the Twisted Ewe. You will receive a one-time 10% discount on your purchase!

Classes will begin on time. We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early to get yourself settled. 

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early if you do not have supplies yet and need yarn wound!

Twisted Ewe understands that life happens! If you are unable to make it to the class or event that you signed up for, simply call the store to let us know.

Class fees are non-refundable.

Twisted Ewe reserves the right to cancel a class or event. In this case, registration fees will be refunded in full to the original method of payment.

Fees for special events are non-refundable.

Other FAQs

Yes! Bring in your skeins to be wound and while you are waiting, meander around the store to see the latest the Twisted Ewe has to offer! There is a $3.00 charge per skein. 

*The Twisted Ewe is not liable for damage that may occur to non-Twisted Ewe yarn while being wound. 

We do not use filters on our photos. However, each screen shows colors differently. 

We do our best to show the colors of our scrumptious yarns as accurately and as close to real-life as possible!

If you have any questions about color, please feel free to either stop by the store or give us a call.

Sure! If you call the store and have us hold an item for you, Twisted Ewe will hold your items for up to 48 hours, after 48 hours the items will be returned to the shelf. Manager approval needed for longer holds.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, or Check. Currently, Twisted Ewe does not accept PayPal, Apple Pay, or cryptocurrencies of any kind. 

Products with manufacturer defects purchased from Twisted Ewe will be replaced with the same or comparable product or a refund will be issued. Simply bring the defective product and together we'll work with the manufacturer to remedy the situation.
