Online Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting our site and shopping in our online store! The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our online store’s shipping policy!

Currently, The Twisted Ewe only ships domestically, within the US (both in-store and online store orders). Once we have a method of shipping internationally in place, we will update this policy to include information on that. Stay tuned!

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1-3 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be fulfilled on the next business day.

In the event we receive a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a business day or two. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will certainly reach out to you using the contact information you provided (via email or telephone).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Currently, The Twisted Ewe utilizes the United States Post Office to deliver our parcels and our rates are based on their current drop-ship packaging and pricing.  

Each order comes with the USPS’s standard insurance and tracking information.

Delivery Estimates are standard. We are shipping from Garden City, Idaho and the estimate to your doorstep is determined solely by the delivery time of the USPS. Most packages should arrive within 2-4 days once it is in the USPS’s hot little hands. The Twisted Ewe cannot control the weather just yet, so barring large-scale meteorological events, your parcel should arrive in a timely fashion!

With that being said, you do get tracking information once the order is fulfilled by us!

Ok, That’s great and all, but what about tracking??

Each order made through our website comes with tracking! Once an order has been fulfilled by a Twisted Ewe Staff member, you are immediately sent a notification and will be able to watch its progress every step of the way! Be sure to put on a good email address and check your spam/junk folder just in case they go in there!

Discounts & Free Shipping:

Occasionally, The Twisted Ewe will offer discounts and free shipping. These may be one time use or multiple use discounts. Some discounts will require a code, some will be automatic, and some may require specific things be satisfied before it can be used. We’ll do our best to be clear on how the discounts work.

Free Shipping will also appear on occasion. Simply fulfil the requirements to receive it and VOILA! Free shipping! What requirements, you ask? It all depends on the offer! We’ll do our best to be clear on how the free shipping works.

There may still be times when our ‘clear’ only makes things more confusing! You are always welcome to contact us directly with any questions about anything, including discounts, not getting the discount, and or shipping related concerns!
