Handmade sweaters and hats will last generations if made with the right materials.
Your talented stitching (beginner’s included) deserves to be supported with quality fibers and the right tools!
Calling all fiber artists! The Twisted Ewe is partnering with the Idaho Wool Growers Association to create a huge public art installation at Jack's Urban Meeting Place this summer at our annual Fiber Frolic.
We are in need of fiber art squares to create this art piece. These square can be made in any fiber art form: knitted, crocheted, woven, felted, anything as long as it's made with wool or a wool blend. Anyone can participate in making squares to contribute!
In addition, the Twisted Ewe is collaborating with elementary schools, after school care programs, and senior communities to spread fiber arts education and community. We've created Fiber Art Boxes to distribute to local organizations, clubs, and centers for students and seniors to participate.
Please share our project with your friends and communities! We're so excited to launch this project in the Treasure Valley.
