February KAL: Shifting Sands Poncho

This poncho is for an adventurous beginner, but don't make it your first project! We will go over knitting and purling in the back of the stitch and center double decrease, dropping and unraveling a stitch -- most importantly reading your stitches!

When: Monday evenings in February (6, 13, 20, 27) from 5:30-7:30pm

Please come prepared with the following:

• Pattern: Shifting Sands by Expression Fiber Arts
• Yarn: This Poncho is written for sport weight yarn but will work for Fingering (We recommend Cascade Heritage). It takes 6 colors 352 yards of one and 140 of 5 others. 
• Needles: Size 7 needle 24 or 32 inch
• Beads are optional if you want to be fancy, (about 1000) that can be purchased at Need to Bead. Store sample does not have beads.
