Handmade sweaters and hats will last generations if made with the right materials.
Your talented stitching (beginner’s included) deserves to be supported with quality fibers and the right tools!
We were fortunate enough to have Alexandra The Art of Yarn custom dye us some pooling yarn for this special knit along! We have eight awesome, original colors to choose from--pick one or go with multiple for a striped shawl.
Dawn Barker has designed several lovely shawl patterns to use with this style of yarn. The focus of this knit along will be on Barker's unique pooling technique, and knit-alongers are welcome to choose whichever of her shawl patterns appeal most to them. In particular we love the ones listed below, but any of them will work well--simply pick your favorite and purchase your supplies accordingly!
Everyone is welcome to bring food and snacks to share.
